Camtasia Studio is probably one of the best choices for video recording and editing. This excellent suite includes all the tools you need to create your own video clips: import media, record screen, add comments or background music and produce the video in a wide range of formats. It requires some practice to get the knack of it but it's definitely worth the effort!
