Defraggler can defrag only individual files if I am not wrong. I prefer automatic defraggers to manual or scheduled defraggers- they are more efficient and involve no work on my part. Simply install and forget about it- the software will defrag in the background during system idle, if fragmentation has become a problem. All this without taking away any resources from normal computing activities. Couldn't be more convenient, especially for maintaining multiple drives! I also recommend ccleaner (from the makers of defraggler) for doing a disk cleanup and emptying the browser caches.

In order to improve your computer's performance it is important to have one of these tools: a registry cleaner, a Windows Optimizer and System Utilities. I have tried to find some programs or software in order to satisfy my requirements, but till now i did not find something equal or better than jv16 PowerTools 2009. It has done the job for me, and hopefully it will do the job for you too.
