According to the devlopers:
µTorrent Plus is designed for people who are looking for a single solution to find, get and play content anywhere, on any device. Hassles with codec and conversion issues, struggles with device shifting, and more will be a thing of the past.
But are there really enough users out there willing to pay for a premium version of uTorrent? The free version is already an excellent application and it's hard to see how it could be improved.
Let us know what it would take to convince you to pay for uTorrent.
Why would anyone pay for uTorrent since BitTorrent bought it out? BitTorrent if people don't remember are the Torrent company who worked with the RIAA to catch pirates.
Now why would you pay BitTorrent money for them to watch over your data and report you to the RIAA if you do what they consider illegal?
If I'm paying for something, I wanna make sure I'm not being monitored by the company I'm paying. To pay means you want freedom others don't get. BitTorrent won't give you that freedom regardless if you pay them or not.
